BMW wanted a fresh look at recruitment to ensure they stood out amongst the competition whilst attracting ambitious and passionate candidates. 

I introduced the concept of ‘Living and breathing’ the BMW brand and how you can allow your career to grow within the company. The focus was on how BMW is not just a brand, it’s a lifestyle whether you are an employee or a customer. This inspired me to bring the iconic cars to life by their engines and parts, transforming them into lungs, flowers and an eagle.

Alongside this, I also created videos of BMW employees hard at work inside silhouettes, experimenting with the idea of seeing yourself within a role and with the support of BMW, greatness can come from within.

These concepts were rolled out into a digital and social media campaign with supporting direct mailers and flyers for recruitment drives. This also included a Facebook carousel and ad, GDN campaigns, an event in a box for recruitment fares and a set of animated emails campaigns.
